Vikarabad Road Accident: RTC Bus Rams Into Auto nad Lorry, 7 Killed

HYDERABAD: In ghastly road accident, 7 persons including four women were died on the spot after an RTC bus rammed into a lorry and an Autorickshaw in Vikarabad on Today, December 26.

According to reports, this road accident occurred at Ijra Chittampalli village of Mominpet block in Vikarabad of Telangana. Agriculture labourers were waiting in the auto to travel for cotton fields during the time of accident when the speeding truck collided with the auto. Police said that truck driver might have crashed the truck onto the auto due to poor visibility in the morning  due to heavy fog.
 
Police said that the truck was heading towards Tandur from Sangareddy during the time of accident and the driver might have failed to notice the auto parked on the road side. After the Truck and Auto Collision the RTC bus coming from the opposite direction has lost the control and collided with the truck. This lead to a head on collision of three vehicles and 7 persons were reportedly dead on the spot during this accident and several others were injured. Injured were shifted to Sangareddy government hospital by the police with the help of villagers for treatment. Police filed a case and were investigating into it, further details are awaited.
