ED Summons AP CM YS Jagan To Appear In Court On January 11

HYDERABAD: In a Big shock to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued summons to YS Jagan  asking him to appear before the court on 11th January. The court has sent the summons to AP CM to inquire him over the the charge sheet of Aurobindo and Hetero land allotments. Recently this charge sheet was transferred to ED court from Nampally Court. Now the ED has accepted to continue further hearings over the land allotment charge sheet.

According to reports, Along with YS Jagan the ED had also issued summons to MP Vijayasai Reddy, Trident Life Sciences Director Sarath Chandra Reddy, Hetero Director Srinivasa Reddy, former IAS BP Acharya,PV Ramprasad Reddy and Aurobindo MD Nithyananda Reddy. However, it remains to be seen how YS Jagan’s lawyers will respond to the summons. Will YS Jagan appear in court on the 11th? Or will the lawyers ask for any exception on his behalf?

The ED, which is investigating the Jagan property case on the basis of CBI charge sheets, has filed six charge sheets in the CBI court and one charge sheet in the Nampally Metropolitan Sessions Court. However, Jagathi Publication has asked the court to transfer the pending charge sheet in the Nampally court to the special court. The charge sheet was then transferred to the ED. The ED, which heard the charge sheet on Friday, directed YS Jagan to attend the hearing.
