Top 5 Highest Paid Tollywood Heroes in 2021

HYDERABAD: After Bollywood and Hollywood now the Telugu Film Industry has entered into a 100 crore club with huge box office collections across the country as well as overseas after the SS Rajamouli magnum opus Baahubali has successfully surpassed the box office collections of all Bollywood movies and turned out to be highest grossing Indian film even in US market. At present a few of the tollywood star heroes were also demanding huge remuneration which is on par with any top Bollywood star.

Post lockdown most of the Tollywood actors were busy with shooting of their forthcoming films and also signing up new projects. Now the Tollywood Top actors like Prabhas, Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan, Allu Arjuna, Jr NTR and Ram Charan who enjoy a massive fan base from all quarters are now demanding a high remuneration depending upon their craze and fan base  as per present market value. Let us have a look at the remuneration of the top six Tollywood heroes, but these remunerations might be subjected to slight changes. This remuneration list is based on a social media buzz. 

1) Prabhas

Prabhas is one of the busiest heroes in Tollywood with some big projects in his kitty. After lockdown Prabhas is busy with shooting of back to back projects like Radhe Shyam, which is recently completed and he is soon to join the shooting works of Adipurush.  Prabhas is the first hero in Tollywood who became a pan-India star with the success of Rajamouli masterpiece Baahubali and now he is trying to increase their market across the country. Prabhas is reportedly charging Rs 100 crore or he is choosing Rs 70 to 80 crore with 10 % stake in profits. Buzz is that Prabhas has earned more than Rs 300 crore from Adipurush, Radhe Shyam and upcoming movie with Prashant neel.

2) Mahesh Babu

Tollywood Superstar Mahesh Babu  who enjoys a unique fan bas through India is reportedly the second highest paid actor in Tollywood after Prabhas. After Mahesh Babu’s Movie with director Anil Rabvipudi ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ collected approximately Rs 200 crore at box office Mahesh Babu had reportedly increased his remuneration from 40 crore to Rs 50 crore. Mahesh has collected rs 50 crore for his forthcoming movie Sarkaru Vaari Paata

3) Pawan Kalyan

 Powerstar Pawan Kalyan began his second innings in Tollywood after a gap of  2 years due to his political career is currently busy with a series of three movies. His last movie ‘Agnyaathavaasi’ failed to impress the audience at the box office. But still due to his huge fan base his remuneration has been increased by Rs 20 crore and now he is reportedly collecting approximately Rs 40 to 50 cr crore for each movie.  Powerstar is acting in three films other than #PSPK29. Tollywood top directors like Krish and Harish Shankar lined up to direct the powerstar after completion of his Vakeel Saab shooting.

4) Allu Arjun

Allu Arjun is now for his stylish performance is one of the Tollywood actors with decent fan base in Tollywood. With the blockbuster success of  “Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo” movie Allu Arjun has hiked his remuneration and now reportedly charging a whooping amount of Rs 45 crore for each movie. Allu Arjun is now busy with shooting works of Pushpa.

5) Jr NTR

Tollywood young tiger Jr NTR last seen in Trivkram Srinavas ‘Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava is currently busy with shooting works of RRR movie with Rajamouli. Jr NTR soon to join shooting of #NTR30 after RRR.  Jr NTR is now collecting approximately Rs. 35 crore for each movie now. 

6) Ram Charan

Tollywood Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s latest movie Vinaya Vidheya Ramaa became a flop at the box office but his movie with Sukumar ‘Rangasthalam’ became a blockbuster. This movie had collected  200 crore collections and set a record as the first film to achieve 200 crore collections in Ramcharan’s career. Currently Ram Charan is reportedly collecting Rs 30 crore for the movie.
