HYDERABAD: Director Shankar has been missing from action for a while. He always makes the film with a lavish budget and will surely reap the profits at the box office. His last outing was 2.0 featured Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar, and Amy Jackson in lead roles.
All his fans are eyeing on his upcoming film Indian-2 features Kamal Haasan and Kajal Aggarwal in lead roles. T he regular shooting of the film has been halted for many reasons. One of the top reasons is due to COVID-19 and they are expected to resume the shoot by end of this year.
If reports are to go anything, Shankar is planning a new movie with four leading actors of Tamil and Kannada. Going into the details, he has been penned down an interesting script during lockdown time. The new script would have four leading stars in the cast and it is said that it is likely to be produced by Venkatesh who produced Rajinikanth’s Lingaa film.
Kannada actor Yash has been confirmed for the project and the makers are also holding talks with Vijay Sethupathi. The director is also considering the other two actors from Malayalam and Telugu and the names of the actors are yet to be known. The film will be releasing in various languages. The film is currently in the nascent stage and more details about the film are yet to be known.
